As part of the program, we get video assignments. Two weeks ago, we were charged with making a holiday-themed video – and so I made one about the worst holiday foods. This week, we had to create a core-themed video. While an ab workout would be the obvious choice, I thought it would be more interesting to explain why crunches and situps don’t necessarily result in a six pack.
Check out the video and let me know what you think!
This is spot on… and I love the fact that you ask the question explicitly: is it worth it. There are so many sexy and hot body types out there that have firm and flat stomachs, but don’t have a “6-pack”. I think it would help a lot of people to focus less on that particular FEATURE as a goal, and more on just thinking “What can I do to enhance the overall sexiness of my body”.
One other thing: I’m 38, so having a ripped 8-pack was a lot easier for me 20 years ago than it is now. When people ask me what my diet is to keep this way, I usually get to my second cup of plain oatmeal and dozen egg whites for lunch before they decide for themselves… “NOT worth it!” LOL!
So true , when I was leaner I had the flattest stomache and my “abs” showed . My fat content was “almost” non- existant , my physician could not get a proper reading … so yeah !! The leaner you are the more they will show… keep up the great work !!
well-guess what?shocking as it is-we all have six-packs-thats right-we just arent showing them.right now i want the total overall look-then and only then-i can go for the six-pack abs.and im really showing improvement.so there-thats my answer and its right now for me.look at it this way-women are built differently than men-as vascular a woman can get-her abs wont show like a man.check out physique models then youll see what i mean.for me-its time to hit the gym.
Asking questions are in fact pleasant thing if you are not understanding anything entirely, however this paragraph gives pleasant understanding even.
