I’m always on the prowl for exciting new shoulder exercises, and the “corkscrew” is one of my new favorites. You can do this exercise at home (with a dumbbell, medicine ball or weighted object) or at the gym using free weights! Enjoy:
Hi Davey – I like that one but I have a question:
For older guys (who lift regularly) what exercises would you recommend to deal with the onset of a slight case of “man-boobs” (hate the phrase but it’s descriptive)? Thanks for any guidance.
Like the corkscrew. I don’t think you need to lift the weight quite that high- lifting to shoulder height will fully contract the delt. Some older lifters like myself have issues with over-the-head raises (post rotator cuff surgery).
thanks davey your fitness tips are great, you are officailly my personal trainer.
peace out
