  3. I’ve been building my triceps for a while and they’re looking good. But I just can’t seem to get those “Popeye after eating spinach” biceps like you, Davey. I do lots of curls. I switch up between barbells, dumbbells and the machines just to be sure. I’ve just never been able to get that bicep moubntain. What am I doing wrong?

    • Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

    • I like the bicep “drag” curl. Use a weight of about a third to a half of your normal EZ bar curl weight, start with the bar just below the belt line, and lift the bar straight up against your body (hence: drag) to about your nipple line. This concentrates really well on your bicep. Personally, I like to do this with a fairly slow motion to maintain control and maximize the results.

  6. Most of the people focus only on the biceps and forget the triceps not knowing what you just said. 2/3 of your arm is your triceps!

  7. there dosen’t seem to be enough different work outs for arms so I can’t switch it up a lot. I didn’t know they are 3/4 of your muscle. Thx DW
