  1. I like your use of the chair as it works on stability! Does the lunge work different muscles than the squat ?

    • The lunge works the same muscle group as the squat exept with more emphasis on one leg. I notice though that the second variation requires more explosiveness to get out of the bottom of the lunge.

  3. Another good variation is the walking lunge. Just doing them alternating legs as you walk across the room or the gym floor.

    I know how to do lunges but watching you do them in the video is a pleasure.

  4. One suggestion (I promise this isn’t a you’re doing it wrong thing) if you are starting to feel a bit of pain in your knee then it can be helpful to land in the lunge heel first instead of toe first.
