This morning, I came across the following chart that attempts to answer the question, “Should I workout today?” Oversimplification aside, the inescapable answer is yes!

  10. Because you’ll like looking in the mirror

  12. Because challenging your limits is a good thing

  15. Because you’ll sleep better tonight
  16. Because it will make you feel more confident
  17. Because it’s good for your heart

    • Reason to: You’re posting on this website, there’s your information about calories, carbs and other health concepts if you want them. He’s also got a bunch of at home workouts videos on YouTube that need no equipment and little space
