The only thing harder than changing your body is accepting it. Of course, some positive change can come from changing your body – like increased strength, improved health, a stronger immune system and the like. On one hand, I think we can accept where our body is at now, but work toward a different tomorrow.
Instead of resisting where you are at today, put that energy and effort into creating the change that you wish to make tomorrow.

as i have gotten older there are these pockets of fat just below my back above my ass… i hate it…. i understand that it may be the most difficult place on my body to shed fat.. help!!!

Everything except loose weight!
For me, I need to lose a lot of fat off of my body. I’m looking at being roughly 185lb with just fat loss, because that would put me at a healthy percentage. After that, I want to put on muscle on my butt (level two hockey butt, if you’ve seen that talkey blog), my arms, my chest and my abs. I would prefer to keep my shoulders proportional, but the only downside is that I have very broad shoulders naturally that make it hard to find clothes that fit, so if they get bigger, I’d be screwed.
I actually measured them, and my shoulders are 10 inches bigger than my chest. Whether this is normal or broad, I don’t know.
