While I was on my recent week-long Pilates adventure, I learned a new ab exercise called “100s” that I’d like to share with you. It’s powerful, effective and you can do it pretty much anywhere.
It’s important to incorporate new exercises into our routines. It keeps our bodies evolving and helps prevent plateaus – so I’d recommend that you give this one a try.

have to say, i feel quite compelled to add this into my routine; 1.because i gave it ago and it feels great. 2. because you you are looking more tanned and toned than i have ever seen you, so they must be great over time aswell.
Nice video! You can also try to keep your knees in for 5 inhale and extend legs for 5 exhale. It helps build endurance whilst challenging your deep stabilizers.

I impressed myself, I only checked your legs out once! When you were breathing out were you using your diaphragm? So a push of the diaphragm or a tightening of the lower abdomen?

OMG i found that one, ive been doing it, and i have to do more than 100 to just feel burn, i guess i already have some fairly good abdominals under this layer of disgusting goop =P i cant wait to see them!
