5-Minute Killer Lower Ab Workout [Video]

When I exercise my abs, I usually break the workouts into three different days. On one day, I do an oblique workout. On the second day, I do a more standard ab workout with crunches, etc. On the third day, I do a workout that targets my lower abs.

I have been doing this work out for 2 days now i feel the born every time i do this it is such a great thing having someone that knows what there talking about instead of sit ups all the time i didn’t realise the difference with them but with this workout i definetly see the difference and i have a low amount of body fat so is easier for me to get my abs and v line now i just need your pecs and ill be fine!!!
